We suggest you gather the following information before beginning your application:
Store location information (name, address, business hours, for example).
Store photos (storefront, counter space, lobby area, storage area).
Prior to the application process, you will be asked to set up a user ID and password. This information will allow you to stop the application process and return at a later time, should you need to.
If your application is approved, this user ID and password will allow you access to FASCnet. You will also be asked to provide an email address. This will be used to keep you notified of your application status.
