Login Help

Once you have been approved as a FASC participant you can immediately log in to FASCnet to begin learning more about the FASC Program. Simply log in to FASCnet using the User ID and Password you setup in the FASC application process. If you are having difficulty remembering your User ID and Password, please access the tools below to answer a few questions to have your information e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided.

If you are unable to get assistance through accessing the tools below, please access the Customer Support link located at the top of the website to submit a login help inquiry.

After successfully submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail momentarily.

If you forgot your password, enter your User ID. Select the security question and provide the security answer you created for your profile so we can accurately identify you. Click E-mail Password.

To reset your user credentials and access your account, complete the form below. Your credentials will be updated after successfully submitting the form.

Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
   Enter your account number without dashes or spaces.
 
   The user ID needs to be at least six characters.
 
  • The password needs to be at least six characters.
  • The password cannot be more than 10 characters.
  • The password must contain at least one letter and one number
 
 
 
   This question is an extra security measure used to access your profile or to confirm your
   identity in case you forget your password.
