FedEx drop off incentive

You are entitled to receive quarterly incentive checks for shipments dropped off at your location but not billed to your FedEx account number.

You will be eligible to receive $0.83 for each FedEx Express^® package, FedEx Ground^® package and FedEx SmartPost^® / FedEx Ground Economy^® package dropped off at your store but not billed to your FedEx account number beginning on June 1, 2026.

You will be eligible to receive a drop off payout handling fee if the fee due for any quarter exceeds $10.00.

Checks are generally sent 30 days after the close of each quarter. Payment for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages is provided in the same quarterly check.
