At you can track the status of up to 30 FedEx Express® and FedEx Ground® shipments, from origin to destination, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can:

  • Track by tracking number or door tag number.

  • Track by reference number or email.

  • Access FedEx InSight®.

  • Get signature proof of delivery.

Tracking by phone

You can also track the status of your shipments by phone in two easy steps:

  • Call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 for U.S. Customer Service; or say "international services" for FedEx International Customer Service.

  • Provide the package tracking number. It will also be helpful to have the following information available:

    • Complete shipper and recipient information, including telephone numbers.

    • Shipment date, weight and type of service requested.

    • A description of the commodity and packaging type.
